3Sys change of academic year

As we approach the end of the term, the setting up of the next academic year on PASS and 3Sys will therefore default to the next academic year until you change it (you will only need to do this once). You may see a banner (yellow) at the top of your page with the message 'Not current academic year' (Fig 1)

Do not be alarmed. To fix this, simply click on the required academic year from the drop-down list to change it back i.e. 2019-2020 as shown below (Fig 2)
