3Sys Register Error (Error 50002, severity 11, state 1 was raised...)

3Sys Register Error (Error 50002, severity 11, state 1 was raised...)

The reason for this error message is that there is a pupil's registration which hasn't been coded. The encircled registration code is still a '/' which won't allow you to properly save the list, hence the error message. Once all the codes have been entered in with a number or a blank box (a blank is an option in the drop-down menu) it will then save properly.

Each time you make amendments to the registration code, please make sure that no one has a '/' in their box. This will give you that error message.

If you need additional training on Registers please contact the Matron, Anna Korth.
