Getting connected to your IT Support Technician through Remote Support


Please use the following guide to help your IT Technician get connected to your device to provide your with remote support.


1) Please click here to download the Remote Support Client. Once this has loaded please click on the 'Download' button.



2) You will this start to download inside of your internet browser. Once this has finished downloading click on the 'Open file' button underneath the downloaded Quick support application.



3) You will receive the following warning, please click on 'Yes' to allow the application to install on your device.



4) Once this has been accepted your IT Technician will see you appear and will ask for permission to gain remote access to your device. You will receive the following prompt showing who is asking for permission to connect to your device. Once you are happy for this person to connect press on the 'Allow' button.
