I am not able to upload an image.
Please ensure the file size is under 10mb per image.
Is there a maximum number of images I can upload?
There is no limit, but please aim to upload no more than 10 images. If there is a need to upload more than 10 images, please use the ‘P: Drive’ on the school network, as an overspill and copy the link of their location into the report.
Can I access the news submission form when offsite?
Yes. The sooner you are able to submit a news submission the better. The news submission form can be accessed from anywhere, so long as you have internet connection. There is a link to all portals on the School website too.
I can’t see where to upload images.
On some laptops, the attachment link is not visible. You will need to use gestures on the trackpad of your device. Using two fingers, push upwards on the trackpack to reveal the attachments option.
I can’t see many news articles.
You will only be able to see the articles that you have submitted. Those with admin access will be able
to see all submissions. If you feel that you need to see all articles, please email IT Support (itsupport@ withamhall.com).
What happens if I want to edit an article once it has been submitted?
The news submission form will be proofed once submitted, before being added to the School website or social media accounts. If proofing hasn’t taken place, please amend as required. If proofing has already taken place, please jointly email the Communications Officer (cmeadows@withamhall.com) and IT Support (itsupport@withamhall.com) with your amendments.
