Where is the ‘Safe Senders List’ in Outlook on the web (office 365)?
Office 365 mail
uses the Outlook App settings. You can access this in Outlook online (Office
365)
Go to 'Settings' (cog icon, Fig 1.) then
down the bottom 'View all Outlook settings:
In here (Fig 2.) select 'Email' (3.) 'Junk Email' (4) and 'Safe Senders and Domains'. Once there you can search for the mail address
(client) (5.) if not 'Add' (6.):
Do check to see if the contact has more than one email address and add them too if relevant.
Done.
